In no event shall Auburn Metrology Lab Inc. be liable to the buyer or to any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages (including without limitation lost profits, lost savings, or loss of business opportunity) arising out of or relating to any product or service provided or to be provided by Auburn Metrology Lab Inc.. Any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the service and /or the content, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, statements or conduct of any third party on the site or the service, or any other matter relation to the products, service, the site or any other matter relating to the products, the site, the service or the content; even if Auburn Metrology Lab Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages is void.
Auburn Metrology Lab’s Inc. sole obligation and liability for product defects shall be, at Auburn Metrology Lab’s Inc. option, to repair such defective product.
The foregoing remedy shall be subject to buyer’s written notification of defect and return of the defective product within ninety (90) days of purchase.
The foregoing remedy does not apply to products that have been subject to misuse (including without limitation static discharge), neglect, accident or modification, or to products that have been soldered or altered during assembly, or are otherwise not capable of being tested.
When you request service with Auburn Metrology Lab Inc. you are required to provide a valid billing and shipping address, e-mail address, and telephone number. This may be used to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of back-ordered products, and provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communication relating to your order. You agree that Auburn Metrology Lab Inc. will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide valid contact and billing information.
Auburn Metrology Lab Inc. retains the right to limit or cancel quantities available for purchase on any service request, on any basis, and to alter the availability or duration of any special offers at any time. All shipping, freight charges and insurance will be paid by the customer.
All sales are made FOB point in Bowling Green, Kentucky and are prepaid and added to the invoice, billed collect or billed to a 3rd party.
Sales tax is charged on shipment in the state of Kentucky, unless a customer has tax-exempt status or Auburn Metrology Lab Inc. has a customer’s resale certificate. If you have tax-exempt status, you must provide a valid tax exemption number evidencing your status at the time of purchase. Auburn Metrology Lab Inc. will not refund tax amounts collected in the event a valid number is not provided. If you provide a number that is not accepted for any reason by any governmental or regulatory authority, and Auburn Metrology Lab Inc. is required to pay tax on your purchase, you will reimburse Auburn Metrology lab Inc. for the amount of such tax, and Auburn Metrology Lab Inc. reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the payment and collection of such tax. Auburn Metrology Lab Inc. accepts merchandise return subject to the terms outlined below. Auburn Metrology Lab Inc. will repair or replace the product at our option. To facilitate processing of returned merchandise:

Auburn Metrology Lab Inc. hourly rate and standard calibration is subject to the terms outlined below.
Estimates will be given prior to repair. If an estimate for repair is provided but not approved, a minimum labor charge of $225 is applicable.
All return freight charges are the responsibility of the equipment owner.
C.O.D. returns are not accepted.
Any instrument left at our facility for more than 90 days and not claimed by the owner will be disposed of. (exception: instruments waiting for parts).
Auburn Metrology Lab Inc, may verify your method of payment, shipping address and /or tax- exempt identification number, if any, before processing your request for service. Your placement of a service request is an offer to purchase our services. Auburn Metrology Lab Inc. may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No service request shall be considered to be accepted by Auburn Metrology lab Inc. until the product has been shipped. If we decline your service request we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address, telephone number, fax number or other contact information you have provided with your request for service.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER CARD. All payments must be made in U.S. currency. Any other form of payment will be accepted only with the prior approval of our finance department.
We do not accept COD orders. Personal or company checks must clear the banking process (10 days) which will delay your return shipment.
If payment has not been received within 30-days of the initial invoice date, a storage fee/late charge fee maybe added to the outstanding invoice.
If a term invoice is not paid per Terms of Agreement between Auburn Metrology Lab Inc. and a customer who requested the service, Auburn Metrology Lab Inc. reserves the right to change the Payment Terms with that customer or terminate Credit Terms with that customer.

Money orders may result in significant delays. We do not accept COD orders.
In addition to the United States and its territories, Auburn Metrology Lab, Inc. accepts international orders. All orders of international origin are exported from the U.S. in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. Law is prohibited. An additional handling charge may apply for processing and invoicing. All duties, taxes and fees will be the responsibility of the equipment owner/customer.
If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit, it is important to keep the shipping carton, packing material and parts intact. We recommend taking photos of the damage.
Contact Auburn Metrology Lab, Inc. immediately to report the damage and initiate a claim.

All warranty seals must be intact. If the warranty seal(s) is broken, the warranty is void.
Warranty does not apply to units that have been subject to misuse (including without limitation static discharge), abuse, neglect, accidental misuse or modification.
