STEP 1:  Fill out the short service request form.  When your finish, click the SUBMIT BUTTON at the bottom of the page and send us the equipment. You will NOT need a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number or a confirmation phone call once your REQUEST FORM has been submitted.  If you have requested that repair work be done, or if we find that repairs are necessary, we will always contact you with a cost estimate prior to the work being done.

STEP 2:  We strongly suggest that you NOT use the 'packing peanuts' when sending a monitor.  'Packing peanuts' can not protect or properly support the weight of a monitor if it gets dropped, especially the corners.  And those small air bags are no match for a 40+ pound monitor either.  Remember, your monitor is HEAVY, it is expensive, and we suggest you pack it as if you knew for certain it was going to get dropped by the shipping carrier.  Did you check to make sure that the bottom of your box has also been adequately taped before shipping!  If you have more questions, give Doug a call, he'll be happy to help you.

Sending us an IFR/Aeroflex monitor?  FOLD THE HANDLE BACK against the top of the monitor for transport. A handle shipped in the forward or carry position will usually get damaged or broken during shipment.

If the equipment you are sending has its own power supply, don't forget to send it too, we have to have it!

NEED A SHIPPING BOX?  Call James (270-393-9288) and request a custom foamed box be sent. The cost to send an empty custom foamed box is $48.  If your monitor is already here and you want it returned in a new foamed-in box, the cost is $40.
